Excuse me, states *to which* I’ve been… ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I will not put.

Mamala is here to hang with revbaby while I finish the writing piece for the workshop at the end of the month. Apparently we are each supposed to write something, then the whole packet will be sent out to everyone else mid-month… so they all get to find out what what a crappy amateur I am before they even meet me! O frabjous day!

Last night I dreamed that I received PPB’s writing piece in the mail (she is going to be there too). Not only was it beautifully written, which if you read her site is no surprise, but she’d actually had it illustrated and bound. LOL! Meanwhile I will be lucky to get 2,500 words, any words, on paper before the deadline.

So according to my subconscious, this experience is going to be as much about taming my inner perfectionist as it will be about the actual writing–and of course, those things are related. The point of the group time is to help one another improve. So what if it’s not polished, right? Right?

    Absolutely right!

Oh but of course, I’ve had it illustrated and bound and, in fact, I’m thinking of having it produced as a major motion picture by March 26. Right? Yuh. I’m not even sure I emailed it to the right address.

And you really do need to see Vermont. It’s beautiful.

I highly recommend a trip to Ben & Jerry’s in Vermont. It is a beautiful trip, ending in free ice cream. It just doesn’t get better than that!

Are you gonna post what you write? Are ya? Huh?

(If you really want to go to Vermont, I know of a certain youth choir headed there this summer because - and I quote - Vermont is in desperate need of mission work. *sigh…just becaue they vote blue?*)

laughing. You are an awesome writer already adn this course will be GREAT for you and PPB

all tips to be posted forthwith so we can START to write beautiful stuff too.

I mean it. Don’t sell yourself short. I understand it’s hard to write while jiggling the divine Miss M and laughing with C, but you can do this. It’s what you are good at.

    Great writing!
