R is sick again. Or still. Homeboy needs to go to the doctor. I’m now the healthiest adult in the house, and that’s not saying much.
The divine miss m has been perfect during the day but had the night from hell last night. I was up with her every hour or two. So I’m fried. Good thing I took vacation this week.
She was downright sparkly this morning; the river of snot has dried up, fever’s gone–but R took her to the doctor anyway, just to rule anything out. Last night was just unbearable. Poor Screamy Screamerson.
Was it wrong of me to keep my fingers crossed for an ear infection? Ah well, that’s exactly what I did, and that’s exactly what she has.

» I have been remiss in posting SBJ’s latest stats: 23 pounds and 27 inches at six months. Yes, I’ve got the big mama biceps.
» Aaaaaand little she-who-is lost another tooth this week!
» SBJ is four months old, 19 pounds 5 ounces, and 26 inches tall. GIGANTOR!

As I was reading, when I got to screaming, somehow I knew. Does anything make sick kids with no visible injuries scream other than an ear infection? (Spoken like an uncle, I know. And one who did his share of screaming as a child.)
Blessings for healing and wholeness as the families gather…
Turkey soup is excellent for these maladies (unless we’re talking tummy-centric issues). Have as wonderful a t-giving as possible — hope it’s awesome.
Those ear infections can play havoc on our little ones. Is she cutting teeth right now? Emily had an ear infection EVERY time she cut a new tooth.
Hope you will all be healthier soon.
Oh, healing thoughts to all who are ill in your family!
Annoint thyself with gravy and verily thou shalt be healed.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Preacher Mom, the doc did notice a few telltale bumps on the gums. But no breakthroughs yet. And she’s sleeping better, so far.
Meanwhile, something is afoot at the Circle K. Lukee is here, Mamala came out for dinner, but they both left in our car awhile ago so that “Luke could take Mom to the Metro and he could meet some old college friends for coffee…” They are rotten liars, a good quality in a person, actually.
I smell a ruse, aka my other baby brother making a surprise appearance! Stay tuned to see whether I am right.
happy family reunion. Hope you all feel better very soon and can tuck into the thanksgiving turkey and trimmings
I love what you write

Oy. I hope you all are on the mend and able to enjoy Thanksgiving. Have a happy one!
Sending health your way… Happy Thanksgiving!
Yes, Luke and I are rotten liars, but aren’t you glad about that?
The fun begins and will soon end…this was the best T-giving ever!
