Well friends, this is one of those weeks when I simply must work today, which is normally my day off. I know, I know. We may tut-tut all we want, but the fact is, some weeks are like that. So, this week’s F5 is simple.
Name five things you plan to do today.
1. Write sermon.
2. Get the place presentable for Iona group that’s coming for dinner and planning this evening.
3. Load Iona music on Ipod to “set the mood.”
4. Unload dishwasher.
5. Go to bed early.
Bonus: Share up to five things you’d like to be doing today.
1. Sleeping in and/or napping. (It’s a cool and rainy day.)
2. Clothes shopping. I don’t love shopping but I noticed yesterday that my khaki pants are getting short from too many washings.
3. Reading a good book.
4. Watching Little Miss Sunshine, which we’ve had for several weeks via Netflix.
5. Ditto the second DVD of Long Way Round.

» The latest on SBJ: at one year, he weighs 30.5 pounds (99%), is 32 inches tall (97%) and is 100% cute.
» I have been remiss in posting SBJ’s latest stats: 23 pounds and 27 inches at six months. Yes, I’ve got the big mama biceps.
» Aaaaaand little she-who-is lost another tooth this week!

Hey someone else who wears Khakis until they are thread bare.
My pants have gotten shorter lately too. But for me it was too many potato chips, not washings.
