I raised eyebrows by putting the anthem between the scripture reading and the sermon this week, allowing the choir's "Ain't No Rock Gonna Shout For Me" be part of the proclamation. You are inspiring me to stop complaining (to myself and my cats) about wanting a Dr. Pepper (none in the house) and just write the thing, for goodness' sake. oh my oh my!!
