I've been playing catch-up here this evening. I really like this place. The child is simply beautiful!

congrats on this third gem of a baby! our 3rd is now 10 months and while being "outnumbered" as a parent is a heck of a lot of work, I couldn't be more thrilled with three.

The thing I love the most about the Divine Miss M is that she will trick you and fool you and keep you running and guessing and giggle the whole time, but then when you least expect it (in the middle of her "mayhem") she'll lay her head down on your shoulder and for the next most perfect few seconds, she's all love and all yours...many more BRHAs my sweet #4 grandchild (and did I ever tell you that 4's my lucky number?)

today 7 "birthday babes" (women who celebrate birthdays---and life---together) celebrated the 60th birthday of one of our members (ranging in age from 55 to 68).

we each brought ~10 photos of ourselves through the ages and shared stories of our lives 'til now.

hearing about m's birthday gave me permission to recommend that this is a wonderful way to get to know folks that you already know on a much more intimate level. we ate lunch and shared stories for 4 hours. what joy i take in my women friends! and if you haven't read snow flower and the secret fan, i can recommend it as a book that offers new insight into the power of women as friends!
