Chipotle burritos are just too freakin’ big.

Try the burrito bowl? And I always tell them not to put in so much freakin’ rice.

OK, I don’t say freakin’. I’m nice and polite.

    Hee hee…

I usually get a burrito bowl and it’s usually the size I’m looking for. You guys need a “Freebirds” up in VA.

    Food without structural integrity?

I have the same reaction to burrito bowl… however, the burritos are so stuffed full that they have no structural integrity either.

Also they are so wide that each bite is totally homogeneous, so you either get a flaming-hot mouthful of salsa or a gooey (but delicious) glob of guacamole. They need to mix it all together.

Sigh. I am not doing well with partitioning my internet time today.

I could not agree more about the burritos. And I’m not a fan of the tacos b/c I really like the rice and the black beans. Perhaps I should try the bowl. But I think I’d miss the tortilla.

How could any burrito, other than those purchased at convenience stores, be too freakin’ big? No. Way.

    :)

Soft tacos is the solution. Same ingredients you would normally want on a burrito but just split into three small tortillas to hold the yummies! Just got back from Chipotle with my nephews when I read your post! Burp!

I too ask for “very little rice.”

There is a place here in Chicago that advertises, in neon, “burritos as big as your head!!”
And they mean it. The tortilla is about the size of my table. It’s crazy.

    But good.

I join the bowl brigade. I love ‘em!
Black beans, light on the rice, chicken, medium salsa, lettuce and cheese…frequently splurging with guac.

    Guac is never a splurge.

    Omega 3 GOOD!
