Nope, what you do with the cups is make kissing balls. A la my Memamma.

She used to do it with NyQuil cups.

Glue glitter to the cup edges. Pin them onto a styrofoam ball in close proximity.

Hang up. Pretend it’s mistletoe.

Why? I don’t know. But we had a million of them.

You can make a bird feeder out of the eleventy one cups. Poke a hole through the botom of a cup, knot the botton of a pice of heavy duty string (or jute), Kont and slide another cup, soon and so forth until you have it as long as you want. Some peanut butter ans unflower seeds and ther you go.

This can also be used to hold little barretts and scrunchies for little girly hair, and hung from an appropriate height in their room.

Once painted they could be the receptacles of a kind of treasure hunt game for church fetes/fundraisers..cups upside down, each covering a small sweet but one with a “magic” sweet that led to some sort of other prize.
Sorry. We spent last night at a really depressing committee meeting discussing the “Christmas Fayre” and I can only think in terms of sideshows today.
Hope M recovers soon and gives you a chance to build up some sleep reserves in advance of BB’s arrival.

You are one rockin’ hot mama!!
For the cups: you could make some cool shades for Christmas lights. Have the girls paint them colors, poke a hole in the bottom, and push the little lights through. String them in the girls’ room and let them enjoy their handiwork before bed. I’d check to make sure they aren’t getting too hot, but those little tree lights are made to be pretty safe. I love the bell idea too–another great ornament idea or windchime-sort-of thing if you run with it. Have fun!
