2008.jpgHaven’t done one of these in a while…

1. Do you make New Year resolutions?

Yes, with new year’s and my birthday a day apart, it’s an ideal time to reflect. Though I call them intentions. A little less rigid, more flexible.

2. Is this something you take seriously, or is it a bit of fun?
A healthy combination of both, I hope.

3. Share one goal for 2008.
Rather than a generic “lose weight” goal, I am choosing to focus on getting regular exercise, and being more careful about portion control… I’d like to see how far that gets me before (or instead of) completely eliminating things I enjoy. We’ll see.

4. Money is no barrier, share one wild/ impossible dream for 2008
If money and kids were no issue, I’d like to take another trip a la Scotland.

5. Someone wants to publish a story of your year in 2008, what will the title of that book be?
Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes
