		<description>PPB, I had the same thought. One truffle a day sounds very decadent, and in the big scheme of things, it is. But I was pretty undisciplined while pregnant, so limiting myself to one treat a day is actually an improvement. And when you overlay that with the attentiveness--really enjoying it rather than mindlessly scarfing it down like I have often done with food--it does feel oddly Lenten.</description>

		<description>This actually sounds like quite the spiritual discipline--to eat one chocolate and enjoy both its odor and its aroma AND its taste utterly and completely. And be content.  (I don't know about the content part but it would grow on you, right?) In fact, if anyone asks you what you're doing for lent, tell them you're eating chocolate.</description>
