Still here. Had a mostly wonderful day with the divine miss M and sweet baby J, punctuated with brief toddler flare ups. They also napped at the same time again!
Easter was good but exhausting—Christ is risen, and so did SBJ several times the night before. Last night was better. I really hope whatever this is is behind us. I turn into Evil Mommy when I don’t get my sleep.
I’ll post a more complete update later this week, but in the meantime… Real Preachers of Genius!
Thanks to Retired Librarian for sending this on. (That’s your blog pseudonym until you come up with your own! Just like Retired Church Office Manager became Free to Be.)

» I have been remiss in posting SBJ’s latest stats: 23 pounds and 27 inches at six months. Yes, I’ve got the big mama biceps.
» Aaaaaand little she-who-is lost another tooth this week!
» SBJ is four months old, 19 pounds 5 ounces, and 26 inches tall. GIGANTOR!

RM, i just tagged you to play the Presbyterian Meme over at Bruce Reyes-Chow website (which I have no idea how to link here). You can pick up the questions at my blog, Work in Progress. If you’ve already played, just ignore this!

What? A church can’t have a coffee shop?
*blink blink*
Love it!
What is it with preacher’s kids and Saturday nights/high holy day eves?
That is hilarious! Hey RM - I thought of you yesterday when I was browsing at Barnes and Noble and found that Carrie Newcomer has a new CD! It is my favorite thing when I’m just looking around and find a new release by someone I really really like that I did not even know was due to be released. You are probably already keyed into it, but it’s called “The Geography of Light.” I got it and am listening to it now. It’s awesome, as usual.
Yes, I totally love that album. I think it is her best, and that “Geodes” is the song she was destined to write. </corny fan>
