I love having a geeky friend, I read this post twice and it did make me think a bit differently. Which is always good.

Have you come across a way to port DevonTHINK stuff into Evernote? I've got 125MB of book research already filed away, but I'm not so happy about the interface.

You may not be interested in doing this, but I promise you it's not over your head. If you can mess with blogger and journalscape you can do this. And if you know how to take photos with your iPhone and if they get synced onto your computer then you can do the screen capture. (To take a screen shot, press the power button and home button simultaneously.)

It's certainly not over your geek's head.

If you even remotely think that you might be interested in such a system, go ahead and download Evernote onto your computer and give it a try. It's amazingly intuitive.

Even if you don't want to do the screen-shot-from-iPhone thing (which is also not hard, it's just a little tedious), you can type or copy and paste stuff into Evernote the "old fashioned way."

That sounds so way over my head, I'm not sure that even my in-house Geek could do it.
